(Last year only 8 of our 500+ members filled out this form and we received $95.00)All you have to do is ask for a receipt when you get gas for your snowmobile. Attach it to this form with your signature and mail it to the club at the end of the season. The club will fill out a FT-946/1046 motor/Diesel fuel tax refund application and submit it with all of the forms and receipts. If you have any questions please ask. Click below for the form.
